1 Convening of the owners' meeting:

(1) when the first owners' meeting is delivered and the occupancy rate reaches more than 50%, the district housing management department, together with the development and construction unit or its entrusted property management company, shall convene in accordance with legal procedures and forms, and the management committee shall be formed first

a. the Preparatory Committee for the owners' meeting (hereinafter referred to as the Preparatory Committee) is formed by the district housing management department and the development and construction unit or its entrusted property management company.
